Mark Sanchez Says 1 Young QB Has ‘Everything You Want’

At this point in time, with a few weeks left until the start of the 2024 NFL Draft on April 25, all signs are pointing to the Chicago Bears using the No. 1 overall pick on USC superstar quarterback Caleb Williams.

Williams is widely considered to be the most talented player in the upcoming draft and a generational talent, which should be a no-brainer pick for the Bears, as they have never been able to get the quarterback position right.

Of course, with a few weeks left before the Bears are officially on the clock, the media is doing a deep dive into Williams and analyzing the pros and cons of the former Trojans superstar.

Although there are some who have taken a negative stance on Williams or on the Bears organization in general, the consensus has been overwhelmingly positive, with former USC star Mark Sanchez being the latest to praise the incoming rookie via First Things First.

With the majority of the media and current and past NFL players heaping praise on Williams, there will be a ton of pressure right out of the gate for the No. 1 overall pick to perform and live up to expectations, which are incredibly high right now.

It remains to be seen whether Williams has what it takes to live up to expectations in the NFL, but Chicago is banking on it as it could be a game-changer for the struggling franchise.
