Pete Davidson Enters Rehab For Mental Health Issues

Comedian Pete Davidson has reportedly entered rehab due to ongoing struggles with Borderline Personality Disorder and PTSD.

Page Six reported that Davidson is being treated at facility in Pennsylvania where entertainer John Mulaney has sought help for substance abuse.

“Anyone who knows Pete knows that he will always step up and get help when he knows he needs it,” a source told the publication. “He has a lot of people in his corner who love him and support him, and are proud of him.”

TMZ said that Davidson’s girlfriend, Chase Sui Wonders, and his friends are supportive of his efforts to deal with his mental health and that he checks himself in from time-to-time to better himself.

Davidson was charged earlier this month with reckless driving for allegedly crashing his car into a home in Beverly Hills back in March.

Davidson revealed in an interview a couple of years ago that he “got diagnosed with BPD a few years ago.”

“I was always just so confused all the time, and just thought something was wrong, and didn’t know how to deal with it,” he said. “Then, when somebody finally tells you, the weight of the world feels lifted off your shoulders. You feel so much better.”
