The Cincinnati Bengals have become a powerhouse in the AFC over the last two years, and they’re hoping that this is the year they go all the way and bring home a Vince Lombardi Trophy.

The franchise has made it to the Super Bowl three times, but they have lost on each occasion to a team from California, and its fanbase is hungry for a world championship.

Behind quarterback Joe Burrow and wide receiver Ja’Marr Chase, they certainly have the talent to win it all, and with Burrow back on the field, he has re-established his connection with Chase.

Burrow had been out for the last few weeks with a calf strain, and some worried he would have to miss some regular-season games as a result.

A calf strain is the type of injury that one must be very cautious with, as returning before it fully heals could increase the chance of a more serious lower-body injury, such as a torn Achilles.

The Bengals lost in last season’s AFC Championship Game to the eventual world champion Kansas City Chiefs, and with the Chiefs losing a couple of their key players in free agency, this could be the Bengals’ best chance of winning the Super Bowl.

Their wide receiver room includes studs such as Tee Higgins and Tyler Boyd, and their defense ranked sixth in points allowed last season.

If they are to win it all this winter, they will have to get through a gauntlet in the AFC, which will include the Cleveland Browns and Baltimore Ravens in their own division.
