1 East Team Reportedly Offered A Trade Package For Pascal Siakam
NBA free agency isn’t officially over yet and some big things could still happen.
For the last few months, people have wondered about the future of Pascal Siakam of the Toronto Raptors.
Will the power forward be on the move?
If the latest rumor develops into reality, he will be.
According to Shams Charania, via NBACentral, the Atlanta Hawks have offered a package centered around De’Andre Hunter, AJ Griffin, and draft compensation to the Raptors for Siakam.

Siakam could quite literally be a huge help to the Hawks.
In 2022-23, he averaged 24.2 points and 7.8 rebounds.
That was good enough to earn him a second All-Star selection.
As great as Siakam is, the Raptors might be willing to send him away for the ideal package.
They are a team in transition with a new coach and without one of the lead stars, Fred VanVleet.
They might be contemplating a rebuild, which means they could trade away Siakam for other players or draft picks.
It’s not clear what they will do with this offer from the Hawks.
Are they taking it seriously or immediately shooting it down?
If they are even listening to the proposal, that means that they are open to the idea of saying goodbye to Siakam.
The amount of money that he earns could grow next year if he gets an All-NBA nod.
This means that he might be having another terrific season, driven by the financial benefits it could bring him.
So the Raptors or Hawks or any team could get some terrific production out of Siakam.
