As the House Republicans prepare for their first oversight hearing on Joe Biden and his dissolute lobbyist son Hunter, it’s time again to report on how the morning and evening shows are performing on ABC, CBS, and NBC — or, more accurately, how they’re not performing. Even as Hunter’s lawyers prepare an aggressive “Full Carville” strategy of rhetorical war on the Republicans, pro-Biden journalists have been laying low.

It’s one thing to skip the sordid stories of Hunter sexually harassing his female staffers, or fighting efforts to having his illegitimate daughter’s claims to be a Biden. It’s another to skip the stories that House Republicans will explore in terms of how Joe Biden helped Hunter Biden strike lucrative deals in Ukraine, China, and everywhere in between.
