The Carolina Panthers finished the 2023 NFL Season with the worst record in the league.

There was a lot of excitement surrounding the team heading into the year, but they were unable to turn this into tangible success.

Bryce Young’s first NFL season might not have been what he or the team expected, but if their recent moves are any indication, this team is working hard to change the tides for 2024.

They have already added several pieces in free agency, including Robert Hunt, Diontae Johnson, and Damien Lewis.

It appears the team isn’t satisfied with it’s roster yet, as the team recently added David Moore and Justin Strnad.

Moore was added to the roster to help their receiving room, and Strnad will be a depth piece for the defense.

Strnad and Moore aren’t necessarily the Panthers’ flashiest signings of the offseason, but they further represent how the team is trying to grow in 2024.

The Panthers selected Young with the No. 1 pick in last year’s draft and are committed to building the best possible team around him.

It might take a few years, but the Panthers might slowly regain relevance, especially in the NFC South, which just got a lot more interesting.

The Atlanta Falcons signed Kirk Cousins to a four-year deal, and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers are excited about Baker Mayfield as their quarterback.

Young and the Panthers might have their work cut out for them, but they’re doing anything possible to stay in it.
