For many NFL free agents, the offseason has been relatively fast-paced.

Teams have acted quickly to secure the players on the top of their priority list, which has led to one of the more chaotic starts to free agency in recent history.

Despite the speed at which teams are moving this offseason, not every player is giving in to this phenomenon.

As reporter Aaron Wilson recently highlighted, Jadeveon Clowney is considering his decision and hoping to find the best team to contribute to.

He has reportedly already had an interview with the Carolina Panthers, and as Wilson notes, his next stop is the New York Jets.

The Jets have been relatively quiet throughout free agency thus far, but their moves have been viewed favorably.

They have already added two pieces to their offensive line to help Aaron Rodgers succeed, as well as a few key defenders and special teams pieces.

Clowney could be an excellent fit for this team, and if he sees them as a contender in 2024, the meeting with the Jets could be his last of the cycle.

There was a lot of hype surrounding the Jets heading into the 2023 campaign, which was quickly squashed when Rodgers got hurt in their first game.

With the news of Rodgers being on the mend from his injury, the hype is slowly building up as fans and analysts buy back into this team.
