Five New England Patriots Who Won’t Be Back in 2024

The New England Patriots had a truly horrific 2023 campaign that saw them go 4-13, their worst record of the 21st century, and secure the No. 3 overall pick in the 2024 NFL Draft. More importantly, disastrous season forced Bill Belichick out of the seat he held for two decades. He’s been replaced by Jerod Mayo on the sidelines and a hodgepodge of front office executives at the general manager position. Such a down year begets change throughout the organization and the process is already well underway.

That change is not limited to the coaching staff and front office, either. A lot of roster turnover is coming. There isn’t nearly enough talent in the building right now for New England to return to their winning ways. The on-field product will (hopefully) look much different in 2024 and part of that process will be bringing in new faces.

To that end, here are five players from the 2023 Patriots who will not be back next season.
