Colin Cowherd Praises 1 Warriors Offseason Move
During the NBA offseason, the Golden State Warriors were one of many heavyweights in the league that thought it was time to mix things up after they were beaten by LeBron James and the Los Angeles Lakers in the second round of the NBA playoffs.
The storied franchise that has dominated the league over the better part of the last decade decided it was time to part ways with guard Jordan Poole, who had a fractured relationship with Draymond Green and no longer seemed to fit with what the team was doing.
As a result of the deal, the Warriors were able to bring in proven veteran point guard Chris Paul, who has made every team that he’s been on in his NBA career that much better.
Even though there were concerns about adding Paul since he seemed to have a rift with the Warriors stars going back to his time with the Los Angeles Clippers, he has fit in perfectly in San Francisco while also accepting a role off the bench.
So far, the Warriors have won four out of their first five games and appear to be rolling with Paul in the mix.
Colin Cowherd of FOX Sports praised the Warriors for making the risky move to bring in Paul, as it seems to be working, via The Herd with Colin Cowherd.

Along with winning games consistently and against good teams, Paul is already leading the team in assists with 8.2 per game, while Stephen Curry is looking like an NBA MVP candidate once again, averaging 31.0 points per game while shooting 54.3% from the floor.
The Warriors appear to be relevant again and might be ready to surprise some people in the Western Conference after seemingly getting written off last season.
