Josh Jacobs Has Blunt Response On How To Fix The Raiders

The Las Vegas Raiders dropped their season record to 3-5.

Once again, they failed to move the chains and execute offensively, with Jimmy Garoppolo throwing for 126 yards and one interception on 10 of 21 from the field and a 46.9 passer rating.

The running game wasn’t much better, either, as they managed to rush for a grand total of 80 yards and piled up 157 total yards of offense.

The team currently is the worst in third-down conversion percentage (32.6%), worst in rushing yards per game (70.0), worst in total yards per game (288.6), and tenth-worst in passing yards per game (198.2).

To make things even more worrisome, this is all while having two legit superstars like Davante Adams and Josh Jacobs.

That’s why the star running back didn’t hide his anger after another subpar performance, and when asked about his thoughts on how to fix the offense, he simply stated that it wasn’t his job (via Bridget Condon).

Truth be told, he’s 100% right.

Mick Lombardi’s job in charge of the offense has been fairly questionable, not to mention McDaniels’ decision-making as a head coach.

Looking at those numbers, it’s almost impossible to believe that the Raiders have actually won three games this season, but it becomes all less impressive when you realize that their three wins came against the 3-5 Denver Broncos, 2-6 Green Bay Packers, and 2-6 New England Patriots.

The Raiders have failed to score more than 21 points this season, so it seems like Derek Carr wasn’t the only one to blame for their issues.
