The New York Giants are sitting on a 1-5 record and are at serious risk of falling to 1-6 when they meet the Washington Commanders on Sunday.

That means they should consider moving on from Saquon Barkley, as they didn’t want to pay him last offseason, and that early-season injury is only going to raise more concerns about his durability going forward.

With that in mind, former NFL star Ryan Clark believes the Buffalo Bills should be all over his sweepstakes.

In his recent appearance on ESPN’s “Get Up,” Clark stated that the Bills have been so adamant about getting the ball to Stefon Diggs and no one else, that adding Barkley to the mix could change the entire dynamic of their offense.

Clark argues that Barkley could be that catalyst that helps Allen avoid making some of the mistakes he makes, not to mention the fact that it would allow their offense to make the most of what defenses give them, as they would now also have an elite player pounding on the ground.

The Bills are always knocking on the door of championship contention, but Allen tends to try to do too much when the game is on the line.

Adding one of the best running backs in the league on a rental could be just what they need to get over the hump once and for all, and the Giants should just be at peace with the fact that they could get something in return for him before he walks away in free agency.
