Fans React To Luka Doncic’s Practice Highlights
Coming off the 2023 FIBA World Cup, Luka Doncic looks primed and ready to lead the Dallas Mavericks this season.
Doncic looked like he worked on his conditioning and physique this summer as he was visibly thinner and even looked a little faster on the court.
For years, Doncic has been able to tear up defenses in the regular season with his mix of playmaking and shooting, but this year is a pivotal one as the Mavericks are counting on him to get them back into the playoffs.
Dallas fell apart toward the end of the 2022-23 NBA campaign and wound up missing the postseason altogether, though the organization is hopeful that a rejuvenated Doncic is able to rectify that.
So far, Doncic has been hard at work at the Mavericks’ training facility and their recent video of him had fans buzzing, via the team’s official Twitter account.

In the video clip, Doncic puts on a series of moves on a defender to get all the way to the cup.
It’s a move that he has showcased before, but to do it so casually in practice reinforces just how talented he is.
From the fans’ perspective, it seems like they’re expecting a big season from the Slovenian superstar who has already proven he can take over a playoff series.
There aren’t many players in the history of the league that have Doncic’s size, shooting, handle, and playmaking and that’s what makes him so unique.
Dallas may not be considered a real threat for the title right now, but that could change if Doncic somehow hits another level.
