Damian Lillard Arrives In Milwaukee Surrounded By Bucks Fans
The talk around the NBA has been the Milwaukee Bucks as they suddenly look like the championship favorites after landing Damian Lillard from the Portland Trail Blazers.
The entire offseason, it felt like Lillard was going to end up with the Miami Heat but the Bucks entered the sweepstakes late and were able to rope in the Phoenix Suns to complete the deal.
Lillard now joins forces with Giannis Antetokounmpo to form arguably the best duo in the league and gives Milwaukee a real shot to win another title.
The excitement around the Bucks fanbase is palpable as acquiring someone like Lillard almost ensures that they’ll be playing deep into the postseason again.
Although Portland fans must feel bittersweet seeing their franchise icon leave, they have to be happy he gets a legitimate shot to compete for a title.
As for the Bucks fans, they couldn’t wait to greet their new star as soon as he arrived in the city, via Hoop Central.

Lillard can be seen exiting a car with his son to a huge crowd of people who seem to have been waiting for him to show up.
The point guard is kind enough to dap up a few fans as he walks out, and the crowd continues to cheer as he makes his way through.
Even though he has yet to step on the floor for his new team, Bucks fans have wholeheartedly embraced Lillard.
Milwaukee may have recently fallen short in the playoffs, but Lillard’s arrival should give them the confidence to believe that things will be different this year.
