Don’t worry that is exactly one of the reasons why I am not as active editing Wikipedia helps sometimes but other times it doesn’t. I have terrible mental health to the point where I have attempted to end myself (not recently) but I am slowly getting better. Hello @Sthokza and welcome to Wikipedia! Wikipedia doesn’t really have books, as we are an encyclopedia with articles.
