The Miami Dolphins enter the 2023 season with playoff and even Super Bowl aspirations.

Last season, Miami was a Wild Card team and lost in the first round to the Buffalo Bills.

One reason they lost that game was because quarterback Tua Tagovailoa was unavailable to play.

He suffered two concussions last season and was forced to miss four games including the playoff game.

Tua even said he had to consider his future in the NFL after suffering from these concussions.

Not only does he want to keep playing but he is working on ways to prevent his head from hitting the ground.

According to Cameron Wolfe, Tagovailoa practiced jiu-jitsu training this offseason to try and find better ways to fall.

This training should help Tua stay healthy and avoid any impact on his helmet.

You can see in the video above how he can keep his head in the air as he falls to the ground.

Avoiding concussions is vital for any NFL player.

That is one of the toughest injuries a player can suffer and they are tough to recover from.

Also, the more times it happens the more detrimental they can become.

When Tua was healthy he showed he can lead the Dolphins offense to plenty of success.

It will be fun to watch this team with Tua at the helm for a full year.

He is more than capable of leading them back to the playoffs.

We may have not even seen the best of Tagovailoa and the Dolphins’ offense.
