Fans React To LeBron James’ Photos At The Gym
LeBron James of the Los Angeles Lakers will enter his 21st season in the NBA this fall.
That alone is an amazing feat.
But the fact that James still averaged 28.9 points last year is even more amazing.
The man is nearing 40 but remains in great physical and mental shape.
On Friday, the Lakers shared images of James in the gym, very happy, toned, and ready to play.
Fans were ecstatic to see James doing what he loves most.

There were multiple people who believe that James’ physical shape proves 2024 could be another championship year for the Lakers.

“Just give us the championship,” one user said, optimistic that James and his team can push past the rest of the West like the Golden State Warriors, Denver Nuggets, and Phoenix Suns.

Others were thankful that James has seemingly gotten over the foot injury that was nagging him last year.
As he has gotten older, James has understandably experienced more physical setbacks but he will start 2023-24 hopefully free of them.

Not everyone online was celebrating James’ physique though.
“tell this grandpa to retire please,” one user said.

That user might be changing their tune next season if James is still nearing 30 points a night on 50% from the field.
For years, the Lakers have only done well when James was in good shape.
When he missed extended periods of time, their chances of success were minimized.
However, the team has gained a lot more support over the last two seasons and there are plenty of up-and-coming stars filling the roster.
The Lakers still want James to be healthy and strong, of course, but this could be the season when he takes a backseat to his teammates.
