Skip Bayless Calls Out LeBron For Not Attending Dwyane Wade’s Induction

Skip Bayless is once again questioning the choices of LeBron James of the Los Angeles Lakers.

But this time Bayless isn’t pressing James on his on-court activities, but rather his decision to not appear at an event.

James was noticeably absent from the Basketball Hall of Fame ceremony last weekend and didn’t get to see his old friend Dwyane Wade be inducted.

Speaking on “The Skip Bayless Show,” Bayless wondered why that was.

Why wasn’t James there celebrating his dear friend when he seemingly had every chance to be?

Bayless noted that James posted on social media about Wade, proving that there is no bad blood between the two.

But he was confounded by the fact that James uploaded a video of him driving around Akron, Ohio after the ceremony, which shows that he wasn’t traveling with family overseas or tied up in some other way.

If he had an open schedule, why didn’t he fly over to Massachusetts to take part in the ceremony or the activities afterward?

Perhaps James had family obligations at home or maybe he wants to remain close to his son, Bronny, who just recently had a terrifying health scare.

Or maybe James didn’t want to overshadow his friend in any way.

Regardless, it was surprising to not see him appear for someone who means so much to him and his career.

But Wade still had the time of his life without James.

In many social media posts and new stories, Wade looked lively, thankful, and very happy.

It’s a shame that James couldn’t be there but it didn’t change just how important and enjoyable the event was for Wade and his family.
