Recently, MLB Network asked their fans an interesting question regarding what a dream infield would look like.

Each fan will certainly have different answers, as if often depends on the players they grew up watching and learning about.

For example, fans in New York will likely have Derek Jeter on the list, while fans in Boston may be more partial to Nomar Garciaparra.

However, one former MLB legend and current MLB Network analyst named who he would have in his dream infield.

Albert Pujols, who recently finished out his career with the St. Louis Cardinals, posted his list on Twitter.

At the catcher position, Pujols had his longtime friend and former Cardinals teammate in Yadier Molina.

Molina won nine Gold Gloves and was a 10-time National League All-Star.

At first base, Pujols had none other than Stan Musial, who is arguably the greatest player in the history of Cardinals baseball.

In the middle infield, Pujols had former Cincinnati Reds and Houston Astros great Joe Morgan at second base and Baltimore Orioles legend and baseball’s latest “Iron Man” Cal Ripken Jr. at shortstop.

At third base, the former MLB slugger listed Orioles legend and 16-time Gold Glove Award winner Brooks Robinson.

This would certainly be a stacked infield.

Noticeably missing from the list is Pujols’ former Cardinals teammate in Scott Rolen.

Rolen had eight Gold Gloves during his career.

Either way, an infield with these players together would be dangerous and it would certainly be fun to see them all in action at the same time.
