Nikola Jokic Spotted In Full Uniform At Horse Race

Just a couple of months ago, Nikola Jokic of the Denver Nuggets was on his way to winning his first championship and Finals MVP trophy.

Now, basketball seems to be the last thing on his mind.

Harrison Wind, per ESPN, shared a photo of Jokic suited up for horse racing in his home country of Serbia.

D-Line on Twitter summed up the image perfectly: “My man has not SEEN a basketball in 2 months.”

Jokic definitely doesn’t seem to be thinking about returning to the NBA or the season ahead.

There is no doubt that he’ll still be one of the best and brightest stars in the league when the new season kicks off.

But until then, Jokic is going to pursue his other hobbies at home.

Anyone who has been following Jokic’s career isn’t surprised by this.

He may be one of the greatest basketball players of all time but there are other things in life that he is also passionate about.

He loves spending time with his family, friends, and horses.

Even after winning the Finals, Jokic was talking about taking the summer off at home.

Jokic’s persona is one of the many things that fans love about him.

In 2022-23, he posted 24.5 points, 11.8 rebounds, and 9.8 assists on a 63.2% field goal percentage.

And it looked like he wasn’t even breaking a sweat during most of the season.

Many people wonder how Jokic is able to stay so calm, cool, and collected with such a bright spotlight on him and so much pressure on his shoulders.

It’s partly because he is able to return home when the season is done and spend time doing other things like racing his horses and being with his loved ones.
