Patrick Mahomes Comments On His NFL Legacy And Having ‘No Regrets’
Now that Tom Brady has called it a career after seven Super Bowls won and over two decades in the NFL, all eyes will be on superstar quarterback Patrick Mahomes of the Kansas City Chiefs to see if he can match or come close to Brady’s legacy as arguably the greatest quarterback of all time.
Mahomes is only five years into his career as a starter in the NFL, and he’s already got two Super Bowl titles to his credit, which is impressive.
Obviously, with injuries and all sorts of different things that can happen to a player or an organization, Mahomes has a long way to go before being directly compared to Brady, but some believe he can get there if he and the Chiefs continue to head in the right direction.
As for the 27-year-old, he knows all eyes are on him moving forward and that the Brady comparisons will always loom large, so he’s maximizing every day to not retire with regrets when that time comes, via Pro Football Talk.

Although Mahomes is the cream of the crop at the quarterback position in the league right now, the position seems to be getting more and more talented with every passing year, further putting pressure on the Chiefs superstar to continue winning until one of the up-and-comers potentially closes the gap.
Along with Joe Burrow, Justin Herbert, and Jalen Hurts, Mahomes will see competition from Lamar Jackson, Justin Fields, Josh Allen, Tua Tagovailoa, and Dak Prescott, as well as older veterans like Russell Wilson and Aaron Rodgers as he tries to continue his dominant play on the highest level.
