Packers Player Has An Honest Admission About Aaron Rodgers
The Aaron Rodgers era is officially over for the Green Bay Packers.
While the Packers have remained optimistic about Jordan Love, a departure from a league MVP at the quarterback position could present a set of challenges.
In a recent appearance on Good Morning Football, Elgton Jenkins outlined his feelings about Rodgers leaving.
“He’s gonna be missed in the locker room,” Jenkins said.

Jenkins is a four-year NFL veteran, spending his entire career with Rodgers as his quarterback.
As a guard, Jenkins spent a lot of time with Rodgers, working along with the rest of the offensive line to protect Rodgers at all costs.
While he and the rest of the team will surely miss playing with Rodgers, Jenkins also detailed his feelings on Love.
When talking about Love, Jenkins said, “We know he’s a good player and just ready to go on Sunday or whenever we play.”
The Packers did trade up in the first round to draft Love, after all.
The organization believed that Love had what it takes to lead a historic franchise and he now has some massive shoes to fill.
If Jenkins’ comments are any indication, Love is ready.
“I’ve seen a lot of good things from Jordan, a lot of leadership, he stepped up as a leader a lot,” Jenkins said.
Love’s leadership was given high praise by Jenkins.
Whether he’s able to live up to the hype, however, remains to be seen.
Love will continue to put in hard work during the offseason and training camp, hoping to do right by this storied organization.
