The team that stole all the headlines during the 2023 NFL Draft was the defending NFC champion Philadelphia Eagles, with general manager Howie Roseman pulling off some incredible moves to upgrade an already talented roster.

Although the Eagles grabbed a lot of headlines and turned a lot of heads, one of their division rivals may have done equally as well during the draft, with the New York Giants making three solid selections in particular.

The additions of cornerback Deonte Banks, center John Michael Schmitz and wide receiver Jalin Hyatt were considered solid picks for New York, PFF giving the Giants the highest grade possible.

Here are some fan reactions to the grade given to the Giants for the moves they made in the draft:

Last season, the Giants played better than expected and, despite finishing third in the NFC East division, were able to clinch a playoff spot with a record of 9-7 under new head coach Brian Daboll, who won NFL Coach of the Year honors.

New York defied the odds and beat the Minnesota Vikings in the NFC Wild Card game.

Despite losing to the Eagles in the next round, New York proved many of their doubters wrong and could be a franchise headed back in the right direction with general manager Joe Schoen making moves in the front office and Daboll leading the way on the sideline.

Along with having two of the best in the business at head coach and general manager, the Giants have quarterback Daniel Jones locked up after signing him to a four-year extension.
