APPEAL FOR VARIANCE

Burton Township

  Notice is hereby given that the Burton Township Board of Zoning Appeals will conduct a public hearing to consider the application identified as number 1524-21, for a variance to the Burton Township Zoning Resolution on Tuesday, May 18, 2021 at 7:00 p.m.  The meeting will be held via Zoom Meeting at www.zoom.us or through the Zoom app.  The meeting ID # 881 6468 2499, Passcode: 14821.

  This application #1524-21, submitted by Melvin D. Miller seeks relief from Article IV, Sections 402.2(A) & 402.2(B), Permitted Principal Buildings, Structures & Uses, Section 402.3 Permitted Uses and Section 402.4 Conditionally Permitted Use, of the Burton Township Zoning Resolution as amended August 14, 2019.  He seeks relief in order to operate a sawmill business within the R5, low density residential district.  He asks that this be granted for the lot located at 15727 Tavern Road in Burton Township Ohio.
