Ohio’s May 2021 Primary, Cincinnati mayoral race

GOOD AS MINE. ELECTION OFF ICIAL SCRIBE EARLY VOTING TURNOUT AS SIGNIFICANTLY STRONGER THIS TIME AND THERE’S NO MYSTERY ABOUT WHAT’S DRIVING IT. AND THE HOUSING ISSUE MAINLY CAME OUT OVER ISSUES THREE PORTABLE HOUSING ACTUALLY IS SOMETHING VERY CLOSE TO MY HEART. IT HAS ALL VERY CLOSE TO CITY. HALL’S BUDGET ISSUE THREE WOULD MANDATE CITY LAWMAKERS SPEND 50 MILLION ANNUALLY ON AFFORDABLE HOUSING HOUSING ADVOCATES. BELIEVE A RE OF SPENDING PRIORITIES AS LONG OVERDUE WHILE GOVERNMENT LEADERS ARE HOLDING THEIR COLLECTIVE BREATH ABOUT POSSIBLE PASSAGE. YOU KNOW, IT’S ONE OF THE RARE TIMES JOHN WHERE YOU’LL SEE THE REPUBLICAN PARTY IN THE DEMOCRATIC PARTY COME TOGETHER TO TELL YOU SOMETHING’S A REALLY BAD IDEA VOTERS LIKE THIS MADISONVILLE COUPLE BELIEVE IT’S AN IDEA WHOSE TIME HAS COME THEY ARE AMONG MORE THAN 7,500 CITY RESIDENTS WHO VOTED EARLY MANY OF THEM MOTIVATED BY THE PASSIONATE DEBATE ABOUT HOW TO SPEND CITY DOLLARS WHAT MADE IT TO CINCINNATI WE’VE BEEN HERE. ALL OF OUR LIVES WE LOVE CINCINNATI, BUT THINGS HAVE TO CHANGE AS SPECIAL FOR OUR GRANDKIDS THE IDEA THAT YOU’RE GOING TO REQUIRE AMOUNT OF MONEY. TO BE PAID EACH YEAR AND NOT HAVE A SOURCE OF FUNDING IDENTIFIED AS PROBLEMATIC WIDOWING THE MERRILL FIELD FROM SIX TO TWO IS ALSO ATTRACTING HEAVIER VOTER INTEREST WHICH SPEAKS VOLUMES ABOUT INTEREST FOUR YEARS AGO PRIMARY TURNOUT WAS 11 PERCENT EIGHT YEARS AGO FIVE PERCENT THIS TIME, IT COULD APPROACH 20 IT’S STILL THAT MEANS 80% OR MORE THE PEOPLE THAT ARE REGISTERED TO VOTE IN THIS ELECTION ARE GOING TO CHOOSE TO PASS ON IT. SO YOU WILL HAVE THE RELATIVE FEW DECIDING FOR THE MANY AND SHOULD ISSUE THREE PAST THE LAME DUCKS MERE AND COUNCIL WOULD HAVE ROUGHLY ABOUT 50 DAYS TO BALANCE A BUDGET WITH 50 MILLION FEWER DOLLARS TO WORK WITH REPORTING LIVE AT THE B
