Architecture firm moves, bakery opens, duo forms sales/marketing firm
The architecture and design firm of Clifford M. Scholz Architects, Scholz, Oswald & Shaffer LLC has moved to its new corporate headquarters at 2724 Fruitville Road, Suite 102, in Sarasota.
The state-of-the-art facility was designed by CMSA and built by Jackson & Associates General Contractors. The new space reflects the organization’s unprecedented transformation over the past two years, according to Clifford Scholz, CMSA’s principal and president.
The space comprises an open studio environment with flexible workstations and two conference rooms. Architects and clients alike will enjoy a range of ergonomic features, including high ceilings and numerous windows providing abundant natural light.
Founded in 1992, CMSA Architects has made its mark in premier communities throughout Florida with custom-designed residences, elegant renovations, golf course developments and commercial properties.

Breezy Bakery has opened at 11904 Cortez Road W., in Cortez.
The bakery sells made-from-scratch pastries by Bri Suzano, an award-winning pastry chef who graduated at the top of his class at International Culinary Institute and has worked as the executive pastry chef at several luxury hotels, including the Ritz-Carlton St. Thomas, Trump Hotel Chicago and Trump National Doral, Miami.

Media and marketing entrepreneurs Olivier Corizzi, of Avenue Media, and Candice Brown-McElyea, of One Eight Oh PR, have launched Avenue Real Estate Services, a full-service sales, marketing and brokerage firm for developers and builders across the country.
Avenue Real Estate Services will handle all aspects of selling and marketing a community, condominium or development project, including hiring and training the sales team, marketing the project, ad design placement, website design and development, professional video services, collateral, public relations, social media and immersive virtual reality tours.
Brown-McElyea has held a Florida real estate license for 19 years. The broker of record for the new agency, Corizzi, holds a real estate broker’s license in Florida and has been a licensed real estate agent in Florida for four years.
Brown-McElyea has managed real estate teams and provided sales training for real estate professionals for over 20 years. She opened One Eight Oh PR, a full-service public relations and strategic communications company, in 2012.
Corizzi has a strong background in marketing and technology, specializing in working with international buyers. Based in Sarasota, Fla., Avenue Media has developed and launched a multitude of successful campaigns for national and international companies.
