Sebastian Bear-McClard wants ‘another chance’ with Emily Ratajkowski

Emily Ratajkowski isn’t putting up with blurred lines.

The model and actress reportedly split from her husband, Sebastian Bear-McClard, 41, last month and was planning a divorce amid claims that the indie movie producer had cheated.

And she’s apparently in no mood to forgive and forget.

“Sebastian is begging her to give him another chance,” a source close to Ratajkowski told Page Six this week. “That’s not going to happen because she did her own digging and discovered even more s–t he did behind her back.”

Ratajkowski, 31, sparked breakup rumors when she was spotted without her wedding ring — while Bear-McClard was still wearing his.

While she has yet to hire an attorney, Page Six is told the “Blurred Lines” video model does plan to file for divorce.

And some friends are sad to see it end.

“What they had is really special. All of their friends loved watching them in the papers and in the headlines,” said one New York City society source. “They were just beautiful, but of course, the most beautiful relationships have these ugly endings. I don’t know what the truth is about Sebastian’s behavior, and I’m not defending him, but I know they’re both reeling. It’s so sad.”

The couple wed in an intimate City Hall ceremony in February 2018 after having been friends for a while but only dating for two weeks.

They welcomed son Sylvester in March 2021 after announcing in a Vogue video, directed by Lena Dunham, that Ratajkowski was pregnant. She said they did not want to know the sex of their baby because it would be up to the child to decide how they identify.

“We like to respond that we won’t know the gender until our child is 18 and that they’ll let us know then,” she wrote in an essay for the fashion bible.

After his birth, she publicly began referring to him as her “son.”

The society source thought Ratajkowski and Bear-McClard were a perfect odd couple.

“They’re both different and they came together and it just worked. Everyone was really excited for them, they got married so fast, but they made sense,” the society source added. “I think people didn’t think Sebastian was good enough for Emily, but she understood [him]. She’s the ultimate woman, he’s a hunky man and they’re both really smart — Emily is really, really smart. She’s more than a model and he’s more than a movie producer.”

Ratajkowski’s best-selling book of essays, “My Body,” was published in October 2021. Bear-McClard co-runs the production company Elara Pictures with Josh and Benny Safdie and Oscar Boyson. He was a producer on the Safdie’s 2019 hit starring Adam Sandler, “Uncut Gems.”

The couple both come from creative families.

His father, Michael McClard, and mother, Liza Béar, are both downtown New York artists. Ratajkwoski’s father, Michael, is also an artist, while her mom, Kathleen Balgley, is a writer and lecturer. The model was born in London and raised in San Diego, Calif.

“Sebastian is a cool guy, he’s one of the leaders of the downtown world where creatives can flourish,” said an insider. “He and Em were a super creative, smart, different couple, that’s why this is so hard. They were like this New York power couple. I know they’re both surrounded by loyal, really cool special friends in NY and LA.”

But now those friends may have to choose sides.

“Yeah, he cheated,” a source told Page Six last month. “He’s a serial cheater. It’s gross. He’s a dog.”

Ratajkowski appeared to confirm the story by then “liking” tweets that not only discussed the split but also her husband’s alleged cheating.

“can’t believe that little bitch cheated on emrata,” read one tweet that received support from Ratajkowski.

Now, it seems, she’s moving on with her life. On Tuesday, Ratajkowski announced she has signed up to speak at Forbes’ Power Women’s Summit in NYC next month.
